The story

Forty years at one yard.

Kalasipalyam is where Bangalore's vegetables arrive. The trading house that gets first pick is the one already standing there when the lorries come in — and this one has been standing there since 1986.

KTS BVC Enterprise started as a commission agency and trading counter at the Kalasipalyam APMC yard: buying at arrival, grading by hand, and selling to the city's retailers, hoteliers and caterers. Two generations built the relationships that decide who gets the good lot at 2 AM — the growers who call first, the porters who know which bags are ours, the buyers who trust the weight on the bill.

BulkVeg.com is the third generation's move. The buying, grading and loading are exactly what they were; what changed is that the rate sheet is now published every day, orders come in on the website, the Android app and WhatsApp, and the lorry that used to wait for the buyer now goes to the buyer — before the kitchen opens.

Everything is graded and packed in leno mesh bags, not gunny sacks: you can see what is inside, air moves through it, and the weight on the scale is produce, not packing. What we call zero hidden wastage.

Your indent is closed at 10 PM. From then until your delivery slot, this is what happens to it.

Website, app or WhatsApp — every order is read by a person, priced at the day's rate and confirmed for a morning slot. The combined list decides what is bought that night.

Bought at arrival, graded by hand

Lorries come in from the growing belts. Our shops pick at arrival, then each line is sorted for size and condition, packed in leno mesh bags and weighed at the counter.

Loaded and at your door

Flat ₹400 delivery within 20 km of the yard. Inspect before you pay on COD; prepaid orders have a two-hour inspection window with photos.
