The rules are the same for every account — a stall owner and a five-star kitchen get the same minimum, the same delivery fee and the same inspection window.
- Minimum
- 200 kg per order · 10 kg per item · tomato by the crate, green capsicum by the box (23–25 kg each)
- Cut-off
- 10 PM for next-morning delivery, on the website, the Android app or WhatsApp
- Delivery
- Flat ₹400 per order within 20 km of Kalasipalyam; beyond that, quoted per drop
- Payment
- UPI or card through Razorpay, or cash on delivery. Your first order on cash on delivery carries a one-time ₹500 COD charge; every order after that is COD-free
- Returns
- COD: inspect before you pay. Prepaid: 2 hours from delivery, with photos, to support@bulkveg.com or WhatsApp — refund on the returned weight within 5–7 working days
