BulkVeg.com is an online wholesale vegetable supply platform operated by Ikram Shariff as a sole proprietorship, with physical operations at Shop 160, Kalasipalyam APMC Yard, Bangalore. BulkVeg.com is the digital extension of KTS BVC Enterprise, a licensed APMC trader with over 40 years of operations.

Eligibility

BulkVeg.com is a B2B platform designed exclusively for business customers including restaurants, hotels, caterers, cloud kitchens, canteens, and vegetable retailers. By placing an order, you confirm that you are purchasing for business use.

Minimum Order Requirements

Minimum order quantity per product: 10 kg
Minimum cart value / total order quantity: 100 kg
Orders not meeting these minimums will not be processed.

Pricing

All prices listed on BulkVeg.com are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are updated daily based on APMC market rates.
Raw vegetables are exempt from GST (0% GST). Delivery charges are bundled as a composite supply and are also GST-free.
com reserves the right to update prices at any time without prior notice. The price at the time of order confirmation will apply.

Payment Terms

Prepaid payments are accepted via all major credit cards, debit cards, and UPI through Razorpay’s secure payment gateway.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available at an additional charge of Rs.500 per order.
Payment constitutes acceptance of the order and confirmation of the quantity and price.

Delivery

com delivers within Bangalore only.
Delivery is carried out through logistics partners including Porter.
Orders placed before 10:00 PM are guaranteed for morning delivery.
Orders placed after 10:00 PM are subject to market availability and fulfilled on a best-effort basis.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Product Quality

All products are sourced directly from Kalasipalyam APMC market, handpicked, graded, and packed in leno mesh bags. While we make every effort to maintain consistent quality, natural variations in agricultural produce may occur.

Limitation of Liability

BulkVeg.com’s liability is limited to the value of the order placed. We are not responsible for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our products or services.

All content on BulkVeg.com including logos, images, text, and product descriptions are the property of BulkVeg.com and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of BulkVeg.com shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.

Amendments

BulkVeg.com reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Continued use of the website following any amendments constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
