BulkVeg.com is an online wholesale vegetable supply platform operated by Ikram Shariff as a sole proprietorship, with physical operations at Shops 147, 160 and 187, C Block, Kalasipalyam APMC Yard, Bangalore. BulkVeg.com is the digital extension of KTS BVC Enterprise, a licensed APMC trader with over 40 years of operations.
Eligibility
BulkVeg.com is a B2B platform designed exclusively for business customers including restaurants, hotels, caterers, cloud kitchens, canteens, and vegetable retailers. By placing an order, you confirm that you are purchasing for business use.
Minimum Order Requirements
- Minimum order quantity per product: 10 kg, in 10 kg lots. Tomato is sold by the crate and green capsicum by the box (23–25 kg each), priced at the day’s per-kg rate for 25 kg.
- Minimum total order quantity: 200 kg per delivery, counted by weight across all lines (a crate or box counts as its nominal weight).
- Orders not meeting these minimums will not be processed.
Pricing
- All prices listed on BulkVeg.com are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are updated daily based on APMC market rates.
- Raw vegetables are exempt from GST (0% GST). Delivery charges are bundled as a composite supply and are also GST-free.
- BulkVeg.com reserves the right to update prices at any time without prior notice. The price at the time of order confirmation will apply.
Payment Terms
- Prepaid payments are accepted via all major credit cards, debit cards, and UPI through Razorpay’s secure payment gateway.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is available. A one-time COD charge of ₹500 applies to a customer’s first order paid by cash on delivery; every order after that carries no COD charge. Prepaid orders never carry this charge.
- Payment constitutes acceptance of the order and confirmation of the quantity and price.
Delivery
- BulkVeg.com delivers within Bangalore only — a flat delivery charge of ₹400 per order (shipping, grading and packaging) applies within about 20 km of Kalasipalyam APMC Yard; deliveries beyond that are quoted per drop before the order is confirmed.
- Delivery is carried out through logistics partners including Porter.
- Orders placed before 10:00 PM are guaranteed for morning delivery.
- Orders placed after 10:00 PM are subject to market availability and fulfilled on a best-effort basis.
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Product Quality
All products are sourced directly from Kalasipalyam APMC market, handpicked, graded, and packed in leno mesh bags. While we make every effort to maintain consistent quality, natural variations in agricultural produce may occur.
Limitation of Liability
BulkVeg.com’s liability is limited to the value of the order placed. We are not responsible for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our products or services.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of BulkVeg.com shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
Amendments
BulkVeg.com reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Continued use of the website following any amendments constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
