Refund & Returns Policy
Our Quality Commitment
At BulkVeg.com, we source fresh vegetables directly from Kalasipalyam APMC market and take every measure to ensure top quality. All produce is handpicked, graded, and packed before dispatch. However, we understand that issues can occasionally arise.
Order Confirmation & Delivery Guarantee
• Orders placed before 10:00 PM are 100% confirmed and guaranteed for morning delivery.
• Orders placed after 10:00 PM are subject to market availability and will be confirmed on a best-effort basis. In the event of unavailability, you will be notified and a full refund will be processed if payment was made in advance.
Inspection Window — Prepaid Orders
For all prepaid orders, customers must inspect the delivered produce within 2 hours of delivery. This is your quality check window.
• Any claims for damaged, incorrect, or substandard produce must be reported within this 2-hour window.
• Reports must be submitted via WhatsApp or email to support@bulkveg.com with photographic evidence.
• Claims received after the 2-hour window will not be accepted. Acceptance of the delivery without reporting within this period constitutes confirmation that the order was received in satisfactory condition.
COD (Cash on Delivery) Orders
For COD orders, the following applies:
• Customers must inspect the produce at the time of delivery, before making payment.
• Making payment at the time of delivery confirms that the produce has been received in satisfactory condition.
• No returns or refunds will be accepted after payment has been made for COD orders.
• COD orders are subject to an additional charge of Rs.500 over and above the standard delivery fee.
Return Process
If a valid claim is accepted within the inspection window, the following return process applies:
• The customer must arrange and bear the cost of returning the product to Shop 160, Kalasipalyam APMC Yard, Bangalore.
• Returned items will be inspected upon receipt by our team.
• The refund amount will be calculated based on the weight of the returned items at the original purchase price per kilogram.
• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
Items that have been processed, cooked, or stored improperly after delivery are not eligible for return or refund.
Cancellations
• Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted.
• To cancel an order, contact us immediately at support@bulkveg.com or via WhatsApp.
• Prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch will receive a full refund within 5-7 business days.
