How today's rates are set

Every rate on this page is the day's Kalasipalyam APMC market rate for that item plus a fixed markup, in rupees per kilogram. Rates move with the market, usually once a day after the lorries arrive; the rate on the day of delivery is the one billed.

Produce
Handpicked at arrival, before anyone else lays a hand on the lot, then graded and weighed
Order by
10 PM for next-morning delivery
Minimum
200 kg per order · 10 kg per item · tomato by the crate, capsicum by the box (23–25 kg each)
Delivery
Flat ₹400 within 20 km of the yard
Billing
0% GST on fresh loose vegetables — bill of supply with the rate per kg on every line
Not listed?
The yard trades in far more than the lines listed; send the item on WhatsApp for a same-day quote
Why is there no fixed price list?

Because the market moves. A flat "annual rate" hides the swing inside a margin you pay for; a market-pegged rate with a fixed markup shows you the swing and keeps the markup honest.

Are these rates for any quantity?

They are wholesale rates for orders of 200 kg and above, in 10 kg lots per item (tomato by the crate, capsicum by the box). We do not sell retail quantities.

Can I order an item that is not listed?

Yes. The yard trades in far more than the lines published here. Send the item and quantity on WhatsApp and it is quoted the same day at the market rate.
